Our studio is designed to embrace the beginner’s journey or to come alongside the expert, providing you with the tools you need to care for yourself for a lifetime of practice and peace.
Our practices provide the space and structure for you to reconnect with yourself. This is why we take time in each class for savasana, a period of relaxation and rest.
Our mission is to provide a safe and welcoming space where students can explore their own movement while also gaining a deeper appreciation for what it means to be present with themselves. We work to create harmony between the mind, body, and spirit to introduce students to the peace they already hold inside themselves.
