Cheesy Bacon Quiche

This delicious breakfast quiche is perfect for weekends or even busy weeknight dinners!

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) pie crust pastry
½ package cream cheese (4 oz)
½ cup milk
6 eggs, beaten
8 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
10 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (I use 1 package of fully cooked bacon, easy!)


Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Press pie crust into a glass pie plate.

Step 2
Place cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl; heat in microwave until warmed, about 10 seconds. Stir cream cheese and milk together in a bowl; stir into beaten eggs. Stir Cheddar cheese into egg mixture; add bacon. Pour egg mixture into the pie crust.

Step 3
Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven 20 minutes.  Remove foil and bake an additional 20 minutes or until the top has golden brown spots and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
