Pumpkin Cake with Cream Cheese Icing

Pumpkin cake is a fall favorite and a perfect addition to your Thanksgiving menu or really any fall day. Delicious, moist and so simple to make!! 

Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Oil
  • 1 Can of Pumpkin
  • 2 tsp Soda
  • 3 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Cream together sugar and eggs,  then add other ingredients.
  2. Bake in a bundt pan @ 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes
  3. Let cool and frost with icing.

Icing:

  • 1 stick of butter (room temperature)
  • 1 box of powdered sugar (1 pound)
  • 1 3oz package of cream cheese 
  • 1 T of vanilla 
*Mix together and pour on cooled cake.
